			<p>Scopri in questo video il <strong>Triple Pump</strong>, tecnica di allenamento che ho creato per <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/aumentare-massa-muscolare-posso-farlo-a-casa-senza-attrezzatura">aumentare la massa muscolare</a> in 2 mq a <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-massa-a-casa-in-2-mq-attrezzatura-completa-serie-ripetizioni-e-multifrequenza">casa</a> con 1 <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/ercolina-e-cavi-come-crearli-a-casa-con-1-elastico-per-la-massa-muscolare">elastico</a> arrotolato intorno ad una <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/barra-per-trazioni-1-elastico-6-esercizi-per-braccia-grosse-e-la-massa">barra per trazioni</a>  divertendoti alla grande come sempre in un contesto di piacere e sostenibilità dal giorno uno condividendo la <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/la-metafora-di-rocky-4">Metafora di Rocky 4</a> nell&#8217;ambito della quale il <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-massa-1-errore-per-ogni-muscolo-che-non-devi-fare">muscolo</a> non sa quello che stai facendo con conseguente maggiore importanza e focus su ciò che senti a livello muscolare mentre ti alleni.</p>
<p><strong>VARIABILI DI BASE:</strong> Tutto questo nell’ambito <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/autoconsapevolezza-ti-alleni-per-fare-colpo-sulle-ragazze">autoconsapevolezza</a> dove alcune variabili di base come la <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/connessione-mente-muscolo-cose-1-test-per-migliorarla-muscoli">connessione mente muscolo</a>, la <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/consapevolezza-muscolare">consapevolezza muscolare</a> e il <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/aumentare-massa-muscolare-tempo-sotto-tensione-t-u-t-a-casa">tempo sotto tensione</a> così come l’<a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-palestra-come-aumentare-lintensita-per-la-massa-muscolare">intensità</a> vengono al primo posto rispetto ai <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-massa-muscolare-aumento-prima-i-carichi-o-le-ripetizioni">carichi</a> utilizzati che passano in secondo piano.</p>
<p><strong>ATTREZZATURA:</strong> Di base come detto hai bisogno di una barra per trazioni con un elastico arrotolato intorno per ricreare a casa <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/ercolina-cavi-i-12-migliori-esercizi-per-la-massa-muscolare-shorts">cavi</a> ed <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/ercolina">ercolina</a> in poco spazio.</p>
<p>Potrai quindi eseguire questa tecnica veramente divertente ed efficace per il tuo obiettivo di <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/ipertrofia-muscolare">ipertrofia muscolare</a>.</p>
<p><strong>ESECUZIONE:</strong> Quindi andrai ad eseguire 40 ripetizioni divise in 5 microserie da 8 ripetizioni senza alcuna pausa tra una serie e l’altra per massimizzare anche la <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-palestra-densita-di-allenamento">densità</a> di allenamento variando la distanza dal punto in cui l&#8217;elastico è fissato.</p>
<p>In questo modo indirettamente modifichi il carico percepito dal muscolo stesso.</p>
<p>Nella prima microserie sei vicino al punto in cui l’elastico è fissato quindi nella seconda e nella terza ti allontani ricreando un <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-massa-1-errore-che-non-devi-fare-nel-piramidale-muscoli">piramidale</a> modificato senza pause.</p>
<p>Quindi ti riavvicini nella quarta microserie tornando poi nel punto di partenza nella quinta concludendo l&#8217;esecuzione.</p>
<p>Tutto questo ti permette di avere un tipo di allenamento diverso dal solito sicuramente molto più divertente ed efficace per fare un salto di qualità in termini di forma fisica in particolar modo per la <a href="https://lucagrisendipersonaltrainer.com/scheda-massa-parte-alta-con-1-bilanciere-in-superserie-6-esercizi">parte alta</a>.</p>
<p>Prova da subito quindi questa tecnica con esecuzione impeccabile mantenendola poi nel corso del tempo per i gruppi muscolari che rispondono al meglio.</p>
